Master Gadgets operates as a premium referral network. When you contact us via our website or by calling our service hotline, we match your specific appliance type, brand, and problem with the nearest available, pre-vetted, certified appliance repair technician. This saves you time trying to find a qualified, reliable technician yourself.
Yes. All independent technicians referred through Master Gadgets are fully certified, background-checked, and carry comprehensive liability insurance. They hold industry-standard certifications (such as EPA Section 608 for handling refrigerants) and are trained on major brand diagnostic protocols.
Master Gadgets, Inc. is a customer service dispatch and referral company. We partner with local, independent appliance repair contractors and direct their certified specialists to your location. All direct service guarantees, billing agreements, and repair contracts are established directly between the homeowner and the technician.
Our network primarily focuses on residential appliance repairs, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, and cooktops. We do service some light commercial units (such as office kitchen appliances and salon washer/dryers), but we recommend calling first to verify if your specific commercial equipment is supported.
Pricing & Booking
A standard diagnostics and service call fee is charged to cover the technician’s travel, physical inspection, and comprehensive diagnostics. If you agree to proceed with the recommended repair, this diagnostics fee is fully waived, and you only pay for the parts and labour required to complete the repair.
Yes, same-day service is highly available for bookings made before 12:00 PM local time. We understand that issues like a leaking refrigerator or malfunctioning freezer require urgent care, and our dispatchers prioritize emergency calls to get technicians on-site as quickly as possible.
Technicians accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle), and cash. Invoices are generated electronically on-site and sent directly to your email upon completion of service.
Absolutely. You can fill out the contact form on our Contact Us page at any hour. A customer dispatch manager will review your appliance details and reach out within 15-30 minutes during business hours to confirm your scheduled slot.
Repairs & Brands
The technicians are trained to handle all major household appliance brands, including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Bosch, GE (General Electric), Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Maytag, JennAir, Kenmore, Sub-Zero, and Miele. They use official manufacturer diagnostic codes to identify errors quickly and ensure correct brand-specific solutions.
We dispatch technicians for a wide range of appliances: refrigerators (including built-in units), washing machines, clothes dryers, ovens, cooking ranges, cooktops (gas, electric, and induction), dishwashers, microwave ovens, water heaters, and air conditioners.
As a general rule, if the repair cost is less than 50% of the price of buying a new appliance, and the unit is under 8-10 years old, repair is highly recommended. The technician will inspect your unit and give you an honest recommendation on its remaining lifecycle and economic viability.
Yes. Technicians use factory-certified, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts sourced directly from authorized distributors. This ensures the replacement part matches your appliance's original specifications and guarantees proper operation, compatibility, and longevity.
Warranty & Service
Yes, repairs are backed by a standard service warranty: up to 90 days for parts and labour. If the replaced part fails or the exact same problem recurs within this period, the technician will return to resolve it at no additional cost to you.
Yes, an adult (18 years or older) must be present at the residence for the duration of the diagnostic visit and repair. This is necessary to grant access to the appliance, authorize the repair quote, and verify the successful test run of the repaired machine before final sign-off.
Diagnostic visits usually take between 30 to 45 minutes. If the technician has the required OEM part in their truck stock (which is common for regular wear-and-tear components), the repair can be completed on the same visit in about 1-2 hours. If a specialized part must be ordered, the repair will be scheduled for a follow-up visit.
Please ensure the path to and the area around the appliance is clear of personal items, food items, or laundry. For refrigerators and freezers, please do not unplug the unit before the technician arrives, as they need to observe active temperature readings and active diagnostic error codes in real-time.
